Each day, we all use services provided to us by Drury University.
These services are put into place to make our lives go a little more smoothly and to assist us in our Drury experience.
Yet now it seems like each time I go into a place that is supposed to help me, I encounter rudeness, bitterness, laziness, and incompetence....
