In the 2006 film Amazing Grace a group of friends encourages British Parliament member William Wilberforce to pursue a career in politics rather than a career in the ministry. When he appears torn between choosing one over the other, a guest at the table tells him he doesn't have to choose and suggests that he can do both.
*This letter is in response to the article "Athletics, not politics, belong in Olympics" by Patrick Greene, printed in the 4/9/08 edition of The Mirror.* The Olympic games are a stage upon which the world meets. They are far more than mere athletics; they are where the world comes together in a spirit of unity, a place where the world can express itself.
